Inbox detox

I recently had the pleasure of working with a client who was suffering from the classic symptoms of inbox overload.

In brief
The inbox contained several hundred e-mails, all (probably) processed but neither sorted nor deleted. I was asked to reorganize the gmail account by creating various files where the e-mails could be stored.

I've suggested using keywords to create filters for incoming emails, to better prioritize which ones should be read first. Each subject has its own color, making it easier to spot incoming quote requests or invoices.

My customer now has a tidy inbox and much more time to look after his customers - no more endless searching for that elusive email you know is in the inbox but can't find instantly.

If you'd like to know how to create a new folder for your e-mails (to avoid deleting them too!), simply hover your mouse over the left-hand panel and search for "Labels". Click on the + sign and give your new label a name. And voila, you've got a brand-new folder ready to receive those annoying e-mails you don't want to delete!

Please note that no passwords are exchanged - the work is carried out remotely and securely via TeamViewer.

Call me now to save yourself a headache and a lot of time!
