Don’t forget to file and pay your corporate income tax on your profits by September 15! With this advance payment, even the government is helping you manage your cash flow…so you can avoid a large payment at the end of the fiscal year.
Be sure to include this in your tracking sheet (e.g., Excel) for payments due this month.
And if you don’t have an Excel file or something similar to track your monthly expenses, contact me for a template you can use for free!
To view a list of your expenses, simply check your bank statements and enter the amounts in this table. You can also create a tab for each month or every two weeks to make it easier to track your purchases.
And why not include your current bank balance (rather than upcoming bills) to assess your ability to pay the bills due in September—including the infamous corporate tax prepayment?
If you don’t have time to set up a tracking system like this, you can delegate the task to a virtual assistant (like me!). Send me an email and I’ll be happy to help—you only have 10 days left to get organized…
My name is Sarah Rose, and as a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, I support entrepreneurs by offering a full range of administrative and virtual services aimed at optimizing their operations and increasing their productivity.
