How did your week go?

After the first two weeks of school, I'm finally getting back into the swing of things! Yes, it takes that long and I'm sure I'm not the only one!

I've talked to several customers this week and they've all told me the same thing: this year, September seems to be getting off to a very slow start. I think that's a good thing! For me, it means I can finally get on with all the projects I've been putting off. This week, for example, I've been very busy:

  • Update my website to better align it with SEO best practices
  • Ensure that my bank reconciliation is up to date in the accounting software I use
  • Download all invoices in Abby transactions
  • Reorganize my server to find files and folders more efficiently

Redesign of brand image

Launch of my brand-new look: the rebranding went off without a hitch, and if you missed it, you can check out my brand-new logo in the image accompanying this article!

There's surprisingly a lot more to do than I thought! When I made the list of all the things I needed to update, it kept growing for about a week! From flyers to letterheads, websites and social networks, then Fiverr and Google My Business. It's now finished, and I'm very pleased with the result!

New service

Finally, I'm launching a new service to provide better administrative support for my customers. By popular demand, I'm now officially offering a translation service. This is something I was already doing, but I suddenly realized that my contacts and potential new customers might not be aware of this service. That's also why I've renamed my Facebook page to better reflect what I can offer.

Particularly useful for cross-border transactions or even for expatriates living abroad, many companies find this service surprisingly useful. My customers no longer have to dread being contacted by an English speaker, they simply smile and pass on my contact details so that I can communicate on their behalf, following their instructions to the letter.

My name is Sarah Rose and as a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, I support entrepreneurs by offering a complete range of administrative and virtual solutions designed to optimize their operations and increase their productivity.
