Is it the weekend already?

It's Friday evening. The laptop is still open. Notifications keep coming in. Your weekend to-do list is longer than your weekday one.

Somehow, the weekend has become just another workday. We tell ourselves we are being productive, but deep down, a nagging tension gnaws at us, because rest is not only enjoyable, it is essential.

Even short breaks are beneficial: close your laptop, turn off notifications, go for a walk, or simply take a deep breath. Rest is not a luxury: it is fuel for concentration, creativity, and energy.

Tip: This weekend, try putting your laptop away in your briefcase in another room. Or set your phone to automatically pause notifications from certain apps.

Small limits can help you enjoy your weekend to the fullest.
